RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns will be at the cost of the customer and items must be in good condition sealed and in it’s orginal package presented with your orginal receipt.
Products requested by any/all customer will be supplied according to customer specification and will be dispatch correctly at the time of order. All orders are checked before leaving our warehouse in good condition and are double checked before being packed by management. If your order has any items missing or is damaged it is customers responsibility to notify us by telephone within 2 days of receiving it on 0121 439 8820
We do not offer returns nor refunds on non-faulty goods.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
